Terms of Service: If you sign up for a live workshop and supporting resources, there are no refunds. If you sign up for a VIP/PRO subscription, you get access to the content you've selected for the duration of your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time using the account billing management tools on this site. If you do not cancel your subscription, it will be automatically renewed. If you purchase a video, or a bundle of videos, you will have access for as long as this site is live, though it may be upgraded or replaced at our sole discretion. Most of our videos come with workbooks or other resources you can download so you have a permanent record of the information and links covered. Questions? Concerns? Privacy Policy: We share your information with the service providers we use to deliver the video, workbooks, and live events that go with your purchase, and we use your information to alert you to live events, additional videos, and new workbooks as they become available. Occasionally you will be offered a live event or video where the speaker has asked to have the contact information for all registrants. You will be alerted when that is the case so that you can decide if you want to get the video or sign up for the live event based on this requirement.
